We are a dynamic, independent consulting business which was established in 2002 in response to overwhelming evidence that the majority of corporate change, particularly arising from mergers and acquisitions, fails to return value to shareholders.

We work in partnership with investors, business leaders and their organisations to manage complex change. We propose and implement practical solutions, in partnership with management, focused on creating value for shareholders using a structured process addressing all aspects of the business.
We provide honest advice with no ‘add-on’ services to promote or vested interest in supporting supplier driven solutions.
Our work is sourced through recommendation. We keep our overheads to a minimum preferring to avoid unnecessary office costs and advertising.
Rather than recruit a 'bench' of junior consultants to 'sell-on', we draw on a panel of senior business advisers,consultants and recruitment specialists, drawn from across the financial and business services sector. They have a wealth of real experience of mergers and acquisition integration, programme management, operational restructuring, performance improvement and flexible resourcing.
