Selection Process

The delivery of our service is distinguished by the capability and experience of our people.

Minimum Acceptance Criteria

In selecting people to work with us we apply a combination of the following minimum acceptance criteria:

  • Degree or professional qualification.
  • Ten years blue chip consulting or corporate line experience in the Financial and/or Business Service sectors.
  • Five years experience of change delivery (Business unit or Corporate Wide).
  • Five years direct experience of M&A integration programme delivery.

In addition to our minimum acceptance criteria our people are expected to have:

  • The capability to work alongside Group Boards.
  • Experience of presenting to, and engaging with, Executive Management Committees.
  • Insight into private equity investors and their decision making process.
